I'm Jana Swanepoel, the founder. I trained as a teacher, and I now work in quality management in the medical device industry. I hold training certificates in ISO 9001:2015 Requirements and in ISO 13485 Requirements, Implementation and Internal Auditing.

My teaching background shapes how I work. A quality system only works if the people using it understand it. So I keep documents clear and practical, and I make sure your team knows how and why things are done.

Panthera is based in Kimberley and supports clients across South Africa, on site or remotely.
